This pouf belongs to the “Dimensions” collection, it is very comfortable, different and eye-catching. It is a textured fabric to the extreme, which invites you to touch and try. We have managed to give volume in all three dimensions, height, width and length, being very different from any other type of fabric, with a surprising and pleasant touch. We have woven them by hand on our artisan looms with nationally produced marine wool, being very resistant, very comfortable to use and durable.

It is a very versatile piece that adapts to many styles of decoration, creating a very special point of attention.

We have woven these cushions by hand on our artisan looms, in an elaborate variant of the technique called “waffle”, to create an extra textured, striking and different fabric, with deep grids that invite you to touch. We have woven the sides with the same merino wool in the taffeta technique, achieving even more contrast between the two fabrics. Both are high quality upholstery fabrics, thick, have a very high density, with high heat capacity.

First we have sewn them by machine with overlocked seams so that the fabric does not come apart and it also has a second joining seam, by hand, to reinforce and to make the union of these thick fabrics perfect. We have added a zipper so that they can be removed and washed comfortably. It is already washed and ironed.

The padding is lined with cotton fabric, which does not come into contact with the skin, it is a high-density foam that supports more than enough weight and has a long durability.

Wool is a fiber obtained from sheep's hair. There are different types of wool depending on the breed of the sheep, the best quality being that of the merino sheep, it is a very soft, flexible, breathable and warm wool that retains heat very well. This is national merino wool from indigenous Extremaduran sheep where the sheep receive respectful treatment, if they did not, the sheep would suffer and their hair would lose quality and softness.

This piece is unique, designed and woven by us on a manual wooden artisan loom, moved by our hands and feet, we weave it strand by strand, with the best quality natural fiber, the best to wear or use in contact with your skin and we take care of all the details so that you have a piece, timeless, durable and of high quality.

All its finishes are made by hand. It does not have knots in the warp (vertical threads) nor in the weft (horizontal threads). The weft splices are collected by hand in the selvedges with a needle, achieving a more complete and better quality finish.

We wash it by hand with natural soap, to verify the quality of the fiber, the dyeing if it has it and take its final measurement, something essential for us, all the pieces woven on the artisan loom shrink in their first wash because the fibers are repositioned (This is only done in the first wash, then they do not shrink any more). And then we iron it by hand with steam so that once it is finished, you can appreciate all its qualities.
